How long will it take to receive my order?

All Azyre pieces are handmade to order, so production time can vary based on size and complexity. Most orders take 2–8 weeks to complete. We recommend placing your order with plenty of time in advance to ensure your piece arrives when you need it.

How should I care for my items?

Most of our pieces can be washed in a washing machine, but to preserve quality and longevity, we recommend hanging your items to dry. Avoid harsh detergents or high heat when possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All items are final sale. Because each piece is handmade and often customized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
